Description The proposed innovations is a motorized machine that will crack the walnuts automatically such that its useful fruit could be separated easily which is otherwise done manually. The machine would have a hopper as a feed-in section, a grading section, two rollers rotating in counter direction and the outlet. The walnuts to be cracked are placed in the hopper and would be screened automatically such that similar allowable size is passes through the rollers below the grading unit and the other sizes are separated out. The grading size can be selected by the operator and also the spacing between the rollers can be adjusted to match the size of the walnuts. The Indian patent number A.N.2347/DEL/2006 has been filed for the innovation.

Description The machine is a small agro processing machinery that has the capability for deseeding upto 5 kgs. of Pomegranate in 3-5 mins. The feeding can be done either by batch feeding of upto 5 kgs. of pomegranate fruit, or continuous feeding of one fruit at a time. There is a high degree of separation of seeds from the peel and other fibrous part of the pomegranate fruit.
